DANG, can't see the pics.. did the aussies get annihilated or did they give it red hot go? Any decent injuries?

These pics were actually from a different match - our girls were representing clothing label "Derby or Die" playing against another label. I think the match against the Aussies is Thursday night Vegas time. We are DYING for the news on that one!

ohhhhh.. yeah i'm hanging out for that one too.

Where they were skating's like the old Las Vegas, not the well known Strip. It was a pick-up match and the players arn't going all out like a real games on the line, although there were two ambulances at the intersections close to the rink area, on stand-by, just in case.

This was the first official match of RollerCon and started on official RollerGirl time (like an hour late), maybe less. The area has man-hole covers and expansion joints and slicker than snot.. and well not flat, plus once the games started the crowds surge in and surround you forming the rink walls! Pretty rugged stuff, but these gals are Pro's.

At first I thought Missy Fit was Roxy Rocket a well known skater Stateside from Carolina RG's, the London gals were very kind to let me get some pics, very cordial, and I didn't want them to think I was BS them that I'd get the pics back to their "homies".

Let me tell ya, there's tons of RollerGirls from all over here in Vegas right now, and I hope to get some more pics, but tonight, as I live and work here in Vegas, I'm staying in, and getting some rest for the weekend. If I bump into the LRR's I'll keep you informed (and get some better shots, hopefully!)
