My boyf showed this to me last week, and we are gonna start doing it from Wed.

Its a training program over 6 weeks intended to get you doing 100 pushups by the end!

I thought since we did quite a few pushups at training, that someone also might be interested. We could post about how well were doing in the program.

Im gonna start on the knee pushups, (I cant even do 1 normal push up) and hopefully after six week,s ill be strong enough to do it again using normal pushups!
