yeah but it's something that people will look for in coaching or some other derby related topic as it relates to skating/training etc...so stuff like that will be much more useful there....this is where we talk about willy's and poo....

Anything that has something to do with derby goes in the derby related link

Anything you think that assists with training and performance goes in coaching - eg nutrition, off skates training, general exercise stuff etc
