Yep... a work out at the gym prior to coming along wasn't the most sensible thing, but am not too sore today, so all's good.

Robi here, I came to practice last Thursday and Sunday, not much to say other than I'm looking forward to seeing you guys again on Sunday, I'm already having skates withdrawal...and thanks for all the tips so far!
